Since 2004, Valley Mall Dental has provided patients carrying a number of different insurance plans with the opportunity to receive treatment at our Dental Clinic.
We accept health plans from most of the major PPO insurance providers and indemnity plans.
We will promptly let you know what your insurance would pay; also, we have easy payment plans to help you take care of the remaining balance. Furthermore, your insurance claims will be filed on your behalf, saving you cherished time and money.
